The Industrial AutoPurge Ball Valve is a heavy-duty, fully automatic, solids purging system that eliminates manual purging. Flush separated solids from your LAKOS Separator at pre-programmed intervals you select: never too often, never too late! The ABV is capable of handling all fine or fibrous solids, as well as mild abrasives and typical solids. The specially matched actuator ensures trouble-free operation.
Fits the following LAKOS Separators:
- ILB or ILS Separators
- JPX or JPL Industrial Separators
- eJPX Industrial Separators
SPECIFICATIONS:
- Maximum Pressure Rating: 150 PSI (10.3 bar)
- Operating Temperature Range: 0°-250°F (4.4°-121°C)
- Housing: NEMA 4x rated valve housing
- Valve Open-Close Time: 8 seconds from 0 to 90 degrees
- Valve Body: Bronze; available in stainless steel* for added corrosion/ abrasion resistance
- Voltage Options: 120 or 240 VAC
