ScalePro is a compact, state-of-the art, microprocessor controlled device that is installed on the incoming water line of the facility. The controller is banded to the pipe with a wire tie and the signal bands are tightly wrapped around the pipe on both sides of the controller and taped onto the pipe. Then the power supply is plugged into the controller and to any power outlet.
ScalePro produces a continuously varying electronic radio signal that is customized for the size pipe it is installed on. It works on every pipe material, plastic or metal. The signals force Calcium Carbonate and Silica scale molecules to form fine, dense crystal when they precipitate out of solution. This way they cannot stick to each other and stick to surfaces.
Hard water scale will not form in the pipes or on fixtures that contact hard water using ScalePro.
