With the rollers of the Lateral Winder installed against the reel, the manual winding of the meter engages the lateral mechanism. The lateral motion of the mechanism allows the tape to be wound back onto the reel like new – the first time – saving you time rewinding and ensuring the tape is evenly wound.
The Lateral Winder conveniently adjusts to suit different-sized reels and other types of Water Level Meters in the market. The Lateral Winder is ideal for use with Solinst Water Level Measurement Devices and Tag Lines for deploying other instruments, such as pumps.
