At PRM Filtration, we stand behind the quality of our industrial filtration and environmental equipment. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Request Authorization

    Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.

  • 2.
    Prepare Documentation

    Include a copy of your original invoice and ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping container to prevent processing delays.

  • 3.
    Secure Packaging

    Pack the items in their original, unused condition with all accessories; please note that items showing signs of use or chemical exposure may not be eligible for return.

  • 4.
    Ship and Track

    Send your package via a carrier that provides tracking and insurance, as PRM Filtration is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
