Xchanger C-200 Heat Exchanger
Xchanger C Series heat exchangers are used for aftercooling, dehumidifying, and heating air delivered from rotary-lobe and multistage centrifugal blowers. Heat exchanger cores are removable through both the front and back sides of the housing without requiring disassembly of the gas line.
Specifications:
- Process Inlet : 6" ANSI 150# Flat Faced Flange, 3/8" thick
- Process Outlet : 6" ANSI 150# Flat Faced Flange, 3/8" thick
- Service Inlet : 2" C.S. ANSI 150# Raised Face Flange
- Service Outlet : 2" C.S. ANSI 150# Raised Face Flange
- Heresite Coating on Core
- Right hand horizontal orientation.
- Cools 584 SCFM of air + 63.56 SCFM of water vapor at 8.77 PSIA from 104°F to 50°F using 46 gpm of 50% ethylene glycol supplied at 40°F, exiting at 50°F.

Xchanger C-200 Heat Exchanger
