Schulz Compressors SRP Dynamic Series Rotary Screw Air Compressor
Fixed speed and belt driven, designed for continuous operation at room temperatures up to 113°F.
The Schulz Compressors SRP Dynamic Series Rotary Screw Air Compressor features TEFC, IP55, degree of protection electric motors, and automatic starters with phase and sequence failure detection. The compressor comes with an air filter, inlet valve, oil filter, air/oil separator and cooler, a minimum pressure valve and oil level gauge for monitoring maintenance needs. The air-end is lubricated, and a thermostatic valve is included for working temperature control. The 24V control panel provides constant readings and adjustable parameters of operation.
The compressor was developed according to U.S. National Standards including a disconnect switch in the protection cabin, control panel, protection in the hot and rotating parts of the compressor and an ASME certified air/oil tank. The design also considers maintenance so that the arrangement of the components in the machine facilitates access to the service points, allowing parts to be safely and practically changed.
